- Customized or final-sale items are not eligible for return.
- Inflatable products must be fully dried and folded before return.

How to Start a Return
1. Contact our support team at rivowon@outlook.com with your order number.
2. We will confirm eligibility and provide a return shipping label (where applicable).
3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address above within 14 days.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at rivowon@outlook.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
